What are the requirements for Logic Pro X 10.5 to actually download and function?

I am unable to download the update on my 2011 MacBook Pro with High Sierra 10.13.6. I don't see or cannot find any software/OS requirements anywhere and am wondering why I can't download the update? Any help is appreciated.
