swipe not working.

when i go to the settings, right swipe to go back is not working. please help.

When you are in the settings app on the FIRST PAGE then you can neither swap right nor swap left. It's only on the subsequent pages of the Settings app that you can swap right and go back to the FIRST PAGE. Note that you cannot return to the Home Screen by swiping pages within the app.
