Hi bought a new iphone but just cant seem to get the 1 year free subscription. So far been charged 4.99 and will be again in june. I have logged in and out several times still doesnt offer it. What should I do??

An iPhone would qualify for the 12 month offer, and would require one to go into the TV app on that device to claim it, within 3 months of device activation. If one had already subscribed then they would not qualify.
