I unsubscribed (within Apple mail) to a newsletter a while ago that I now want to recieve again.
I have resubbed on the newsletter website but the emails are not coming through (meant to get daily).
I am assuming this is because iCloud is still blocking them from coming through.
How do I remove the unsubscribe block from Apple iCloud mail so I can receive the emails again? Thanks
Thanks but I have already checked and it's in neither settings. It wouldn't be viewed as spam either, it's from The Times.
visit http://www.icloud.com and edit your mail settings. The block if anything would either be there, or your iCloud settings.
Some newsletters may also be blocked because of what is known as a Realtime Blackhole List. This happens when an email administrator views an email as spam, and they end up reporting it to Spamcop or similar service to have that email blocked. Get the newsletter's email contact to find out if they are in a blacklist by searching the RBL websites.
