How to unsubscribe from Apple's Newsletters?

Hi,

I have been attempting to unsubscribe from Apple's emails for weeks now. The unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email leads me to an error page (cleared cache, cleared cookies, turned ad block off, turned vpn off) and I also cannot block the sender or report it as spam, so I am constantly getting unwanted emails from them.

I tried contacting via phone, and am still receiving emails. Has anyone else had this problem?
