Lost backed up data from iCloud

Hi Guys,


Am using iPhone 6s 32gb and i had 20gb of Photos, Videos and files in phone storage.


Since iCloud provide only 5gb free storage in iCloud so i purchased additional 50gb storage in iCloud then i have transfered all the data(Photos,Videos and files) from iPhone to iCloud storage and next i have turned off auto sync and auto backup and then i deleted all 20gb of data which i had in iPhone storage.

Backup was successful and i was able see all the data in iCloud but today morning i logged into iCloud to check my old photos, Now i could not find a single photo or video in iCloud.

Am really worried about my data and i have no idea how data got vanished from the storage and now am unable to recover it.

Can somebody help on this ????

This could be great help from you if you help me to recover my data.

Try the steps in this guide:

Recover deleted photos and videos on iCloud.com - Apple Support

and:

Get help with missing photos - Apple Support


If its no longer in iCloud or on your phone and you cant recover it from recently deleted on iCloud.com the best advice I have for you is to contact apple directly.


They MIGHT be able to recover the data.

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

When you turn on iCloud Photos, your photos and videos inside the photos app are automatically uploaded to iCloud. When you delete a photo from the photos app it deletes it from iCloud. Try checking the recently deleted folder all the way at the bottom of the Albums section in the Photos app, your photos may be there. Then refer to this support article to properly setup so this won't happen again https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204264.


Once you've finished setting up iCloud Photos, if you want to save space on your iPhone, but still access your photos from iCloud, simply Open the Settings app -> Scroll down and tap Photos ->Tap Optimize iPhone Storage. A small check mark will appear next Optimize iPhone Storage, which indicates that Optimize Photos is turned on. This will keep the full quality versions of your photos and videos in iCloud, and it will store lower quality versions on your iPhone and when you tap on a photo or video to view it, it will quickly download it from iCloud.
