Hi I was just wondering is it possible to show what the number of emails (read/not read - just the total for each) mail box and how I can change it as I need to see how many total emails are in each mail box. This is for Apple's mail. Many thanks

You can Control click on the mailbox to see the Get Account Info pane.
This will give your total count

Thank you for your help but I am totally lost, I am just a basic user and not into changing or adding codes etc. I was hoping for a box to tick and achieve what other apps can do but I guess that is not possible on Mail as it is a bit too basic. Many thanks again for taking the trouble to help.
