Why is that sometimes when I send an animated gif by mac mail it animates and then other times it doesn't?
I have tried this several times and it seems to be totally random. I send the gif to someone, it works, try sending it again and it doesn't.
Anyone have any idea why this is. Same machine, Same gif, Same recipient

Thanks for your post! I see that sometimes when you send a gif using the Apple Mail application, it doe not always animate. Are you embedding the gif within the email or adding it as an attachment?
