this morning I got a massage that said; purchase IE Appel/bill and the take R899.99 from my account, please I want my money back, i did not sign anything with appel, refund my money this is fraud, I did not authorized anything to take my money from my account, refund my money please

Is the money really gone from your account?

There is a common phishing scam to send people ‘receipts’ for purchases they did not make in an attempt to trick them into giving out account or other personal information.
