Trade-In

I need to trade-in this MacBook Air for the credit that I was told I would receive at check-out, but the trade-in box never arrived, and it has been 2 months. What do I have to do to get the trade-in box?

You may want to call Apple sales support at 1‑800‑MY‑APPLE.
