I accidentally laid down on my phone and a rock cracked the screen protector on my front camera. When I looked at my front camera through my phone, the screen was black. I took the screen protector off and it is still black. The back camera works fine. There is no scratches or dents on the camera. I’m not sure why my front camera won’t work?

It sounds extremely likely the camera is damaged.

is that fixable?
That could be answered at an Apple Store (when they reopen) or Authorized Apple Service Center once they inspect the iPhone.
