Black Front Facing Problem

My front facing camera isn’t working, it shows a black screen while my back camera works completely fine. I’ve tried cleaning the front to resetting my phone nothing is working. Could it be a software issue ?

If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working

If no help, the only other option is to have it checked:
