I have a new iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 13.4.1
the Plantronics Bluetooth I’ve been using with no issues on iPhone 8 is now connecting and disconnecting continuously. I’ve read posts on this problem and an earlier iOS Update was blamed. But I have the latest update.
what can I do to fix this?
Forget the Plantronics in Settings/Bluetooth. Restart your phone—>Restart your iPhone - Apple Support. Then reset the Plantronics to factory settings per the manual or the Plantronics website and re-pair it.
Have you cycled power on the Plantronics?
Hi it’s a plantronics M155. I’ve googled how to fix this issue but nothing works. I didn’t have this problem with my other phone

Hi there is no option to reset the plantronics M155 to factory settings
Hold the Call button until the indicator flashes alternating colors.
Hi I’ve done that several times. It just keeps doing the same thing
Then either the headset is defective, it isn’ t compatible with the latest Bluetooth standard, or the phone is broken.
The head set is fine. It works with my iPhone 8. And the iPhone 11 Pro Max is brand new
Then either the firmware in the headset is too old or your phone, even if it is new, is broken.
Question: Bluetooth keeps disconnecting
