Strange app names on my iPhone

I have found some strange long numbers-and-letters app names when I, for the first time, accessed usage time limit confio on my iPhone. They don’t show on the apps list, just in this part. Please, could anyone help me find out if those are spy apps or hackers? Thanks.

This is normal to have these based on usage of iPhone. Logging in and out of iCloud, Apple ID, Screen Time

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
