Apple Cash is restricted

Hey guys, I’m wondering if anybody had this issue as well or anybody can give me some advice how to go about this but very randomly and suddenly After I moved money from my bank into the Apple Cash card a few times after I moved money from my bank into the Apple Cash card a few times apple froze the money for like 3 weeks and now has restricted my use of the app. If anybody can give me any sort of advice what to do or if there’s anything that can be done I would really appreciate it
