I want to update the software of my iphone 7plus (from 12.2 to13.4.1)but it shows a message that i dont have free space but in the itunes in the computer and in my phone’s info show that i have 11GB free space.

Since Finder and iTunes categorize cached files as Other, reported usage for Music or Videos might differ. To view usage on your device, go to Settings > General > [Device] Storage.
