Front camera doesn’t work after update iOS13

My front camera is black when I’m trying to use it on third party apps, e.g. Messenger, whatsup. It happened after iOS 13.4.1 update. Is there a fix for that?

Before updating to the latest iOS 13.4.1 as told on your post what was your earlier iOS version. Then you can look into the iOS changes that has happened between the earlier version on your iPhone and this new version that you have updated now.

This will give you a broader idea of the issue, if it is directly linked to the iOS version or is triggered by something else.

I’m pretty sure it’s been same iOS since I got the phone, 3 months ago. Is there a way to find it out? I have never had Iphone before. I can’t think of any other issue once I spoke on messenger evening before, update was done during the night, and the issue appeared in the morning. Camera itself, when taking photos works perfectly, it’s only when used through another app. I’v seen recent comments from other people complaining about same after the update...

They just do it so we have to buy another phone! I called them so many times for this problem and after a long time they were like it’s apple’s fault and it’s the problem of IOS but we cannot do anything so either wait or buy new phone!
