iPhone 7 doesn’t work after updated iOS 13.4.1

After updated iOS 13.4.1 my iPhone 7 plus’s FaceTime, WhatsApp call, voice memo, camera, video doesn’t work.

even I am not able to receive locaL phone call.

I contacted the apple support twice but they didn’t fix it and helpless. I already tried to all kind of reset phone including factory reset however not able to fix properly.

just temporary fixing means after 30 min or so again return to same issues. So I am not sure how many times I am doing forcing reset ( press the power button and volume down button in same time) this is the easiest way to reset the phone. After that temporally able to use.

my friend told me that this is one of the apple strategy, it is forcing us to buy a new phone?! However such kind of things shouldn’t be happened. It is unfair. If they stop to give the update new iOS if people are using an old phone that’s Ok. But after updated iOS and such things happened suddenly it’s not acceptable at all.

I am waiting for next iOS update , if doesn’t work or worse than now I will consider to claim officially.
