Can’t finish registering my billing information for the apple app store

Once I get to the billing information the keyboard only displays half of the keyboard an the letters on the left are all shifted out of screen view so I can type the remaining letters to add for my billing information. So in that case I can’t finish the registration for the App Store witch is the only way I can continue to go further to start downloading any of my apps on to this new iphone
