iPhone 11 was hacked

Unless your phone is jailbroken it has not been hacked. It’s possible that your Apple ID has been hacked, however. See this Apple support article—>If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

You should have changed your Apple ID password. If you changed your Apple ID also that’s OK, but unnecessary. But if you want to change your Apple ID follow these directions—>Change your Apple ID - Apple Support, do not create a new Apple ID or you will lose all of your backups and purchases.

Anything that you sync to iCloud. Go to Settings/[your name]/iCloud. The switches there sync your phone to iCloud, so any switch that is on will be accessible to anyone who knows your Apple ID and password.
