Cannot attach photos in Catalina to gmail email; it times out
Is there a place to choose the size of the photo to attach to my email so the photo will not be so large. They will not upload.
That would be a function of the email program. In the Mail application shipped with macOS, there's an option available between the time you select photos to attach and the time your send the message. If you are using a different application or a browser, the option would have to be part of the application or the website.
