Bluetooth CANNOT find devices

Early 2013 Macbook Pro Retina

Mojave 10.14.6

Bluetooth will not find any devices to connect too.

Have tried:

  • Restarting computer
  • deleting Plist file
  • shift+option+command and debugging all options
  • I'm pretty sure I tried reinstalling Mojave
  • turning bluetooth off and on again

Unsure what else I'm doing wrong. Anyone have a solution?
