screen problem

Screen of my iphone turns on automatically when i lock and it locks suddenly but it happens sometimes not always.IOS version is 13.4.1.

Iphone black screen after screen lock Hi, my phone works perfectly fine other than the fact that whenever the screen locks or I switch the screen off the screen stays black. I can still use it and get calls and everything but the screen won’t turn back on. Randomly I can get it to turn back on. IfI set the phone to “never turn off screen” it works without any issues. But that’s hardly anywhere near what my phone should be doing. I’ve tried updating and hard resetting but nothing has worked so far. Does anyone have kindly got a solution or any idea what the problem might be? Thanks in advance.

Try to turn off that feature:--> About Attention Aware features on your iPhone X or iPad Pro – Apple Support

When done, restart your XS.
