Bluetooth mouse rarely works

My bluetooth mouse works about 75% of the time. Does anyone else have that problem? I've looked at Apple's tips on that and there is no interference nearby other than the Mac Mini itself and two monitors.

The solution, of course, it easy. I use a PC mouse and it works perfectly.

I'm only asking because I really want to know if the product is badly designed or if this unit has something wrong with it.

Poorly shielded External Drive and Monitor cables can cause Wi-Fi and Bluetooth interference.

It might help to re-route your cables or re-arrange your setup, so that cable are farther away from your Bluetooth devices.
