I received a text message and instead of deleting the text I click on the link by mistake now I think my phone have been compromised what should I do ?

Not your iPhone, but your Apple ID could have been compromised.

Change your Apple ID password immediately, as per this support article:--> If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
