lost mac
My daughter lost her 2019 mac book pro. I went to iCloud and see the mac but it is offline. Is there any other way to track this mac. I do have the serial numbers

There is not other way to track it. It's location can only be determined when it's online. If you enabled Find My Mac, then you should set the Mac to Lost Mode. This is supposed to prevent anyone from accessing the computer. You can do that from your icloud.com website. Also, see If your Mac is lost or stolen.
