Use built-in iMac 27" (2013) camera with Mac Mini (2018)?

I'm using my 2013 iMac 27" as a display for my (new) 2018 Mac Mini, target display mode via Thunderbolt3 to Thunderbolt2.

Currently the Mini shows no connected camera. Wondering if there is any way to use the 27" built-in camera through the Mini?
