Tried restarting both several times.

All is updated.

Done multiple resets.

Message says, "Connecting to your Apple Watch. This may take a moment."

Just keeps spinning.

HELP!

Thank you of trying to help.

The problem is my watch won't update to the newest version, even though it says it's updated. It just keeps spinning and spinning without end.

I talked to support and I have to send it in, as it's now a hardware issue :(
