I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’ve noticed that while charging it, the battery percentage indicator will “top out” at 98 or 99 percent. And I will only see that change to 100 percent if the charging continues for an unnecessarily long time. Or, if I stop charging, power off the phone, wait 30-60 seconds, and power on the phone, it shows 100 percent. Is there a fix to this glitch?

One guess is you omitted a key fact (if true):
Might you have set Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Optimized Battery Charging =“on”?
That would cause the top to be <100%.
