iPhone XR Disabled

Hi, I cannot get my phone to sync with iTunes. It won't even show that its connected to a computer. I have tried on two different computers, both with updated iTunes installed. Please help

If the device is disabled, you will need to put it into Recovery mode and restore it. See the instructions here, If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
