How can you reset screen time password, but forget the password? Contact tech support or go into store?

Here is Apple’s support page that describes resetting of the ScreeTime (a.k.a. Restrictions) passcode:

You wipe your device and set it up as a new device.
You will have to erase the iPad using your home computer with iTunes following the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
You CANNOT restore from backup after get back into the iPad. The passcode is contained in the backup, so you'd put yourself right back where you are right now if you did. If you do sync photos, notes, messages with iCloud, you can turn those services back on and that data will at least sync back to the iPad.
