Screen time password

1. Click the Apple logo on the top left corner of your Mac's menu bar.
2. Select “System Preferences”
3. Choose “Screen Time”
4. Tap the “Options” menu in the lower left corner of the window.
5. Select “Change Passcode”
6. Choose “Forgot Passcode”
7. Enter your Apple ID credentials.
