Refund the money

Please do not deduct money (6.49 Eur) from my bank account.

I only used your Scanbot Pro program once. This application does not recognize Lithuanian characters. Write the letter E instead of the letter E. I'm not going to use this program anymore.

After receiving the email confirming the Service and the message about the automatically deducted money, I immediately responded to that email with a request to cancel the service. I didn't get an answer. It turns out it's an automatically generated email, but it wasn't written about in the email you received.

Arriving on May 17, my relative taught me how to cancel using this app. It was too late. I saw a request to pay 6.49 Eur in my bank.

I am almost 67 years old, so it is difficult to respond quickly to your requirements. I look forward to your understanding.
