Cancellation of payment

Hello.

Product number paid on November 7th: Please send a cancellation email to a Korean credit card company.

The payment cannot be canceled because Apple did not send the cancellation email to the Korean card company.

Refund the money Please do not deduct money (6.49 Eur) from my bank account. I only used your Scanbot Pro program once. This application does not recognize Lithuanian characters. Unknow Billing hello guys can any body help. i get the information from Customer service DANA. last time i complaint about recent purchase but i didnt get the email about that, and i never order it and not get the apple one service. but my DANA balace get deduct about IDR.129.000. it says if it want to request a refund on a now cancelled I have to go via @AppleSupport but this subscription is not on the list to request a refund, and I didn’t get any email from apple about that purchase. who’s got this wrong please?
