Apple ID

I bought iPhone XS. I entered my apple id account. I also logged into the icloud account. I restored the copy from the old phone via itunes on the computer. applications began to be restored. but everything stopped and asks me to log in to an older apple account that has nothing to do with the existing apple id account. can I somehow solve this problem?

iPhone XS, iOS 13

You are going to need the password associated with the older Apple ID.

See If you forgot your Apple ID password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487

You also can use Having trouble signing in/iForgot to try to recover your password. https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid

And you are likely to need to see If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201485

Being able to answer your security questions satisfactorily may be critical. See Security and your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201303

This document says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”

In this case, you would need to have your original purchase receipt for the device with its serial number on it and to contact Apple Support in order to move forward in making the device functional. If it comes to that, here are some support options you can use:
