I cracked the screen on my iPhone SE
I cracked the screen on my iPhone SE. My local Apple store is closed, so I brought my iPhone SE to the Apple authorized place recommended on the Apple website. They replaced the phone instead of replacing the screen. I didn't realize until I got home that they did not have me enter my Apple ID in order to reset the old phone to factory settings. I called but they were not responsive to my concern. (They also told me that I had to download all my apps from the app store one by one onto my new phone, so it's not clear that they know what they're talking about.) It has credit card information on it. Am I at risk? Can I get it reset remotely? Do I need to go back to the store and insist?
