"my devices" section of icloud settings shows "no devices", but ipad shows up elsewhere

I have an iPad 6th gen, iOS 13.2.2. The Settings page shows I'm logged in to iCloud, and when I go to iCloud on the web, I can find the device with Find iPhone. It also shows up at appleid.apple.com/account/manage. However, icloud.com/settings shows "No Devices" in the My Devices section. Tried logging out/in, different browsers, etc. Shouldn't the ipad show up there as well?

And all of your devices that are supposed to be showing are running the latest OS?

One device. OS version is given above. The icloud.com/settings page indicates that anything over iOS 8 should show up.

As stated above, it shows up in Find My, and at appleid.apple.com/account/manage. Just not at icloud.com/settings. I have only one apple ID.

And Find My is turned on on that device? And that device is logged in with the same Apple ID?
