Can you please tell me what my battery’s Health is . Do I need to replace with a new one. I can’t get it to charge and cable and charger are working. I just see the red battery blinking 3 times with the lightning cable symbol on the screen then it goes black

What % value do you see in Settings>Battery>Battery health... and tap there?

Perhaps Apple can test your device's battery remotely.

You're welcome. Follow Idris's recommendation, contact Apple Support and they can do a remote diagnostic of the battery. They will explain your options from there. Giulio's link also provides a way to review the device for charging issues, such as lint, dust, or other debris in the charging port area.

and it doesn’t help being lock down and can’t go out to fix it because of Covid 19
FYI, he iPad does not have Battery Health as a feature like the iPhone.
