iPhone 11 error 14

Have a full memory, trying to update via iTunes and showing me an error 14, Afeared of loosing my 198gb of photos and videos. Any help?

Had no solution but to start from scratch. restore and setup as a new devise was the only option for me. Good part was I manage to get my old backup through icloud storage.
