Apple Watch

Hello I have some trouble with my Apple Watch series 3 i have notice that when I want to use it it doesn’t work.

it does charge but when I want to used it it gets stock or do something different it doesn’t let me slide down or up or power off, even called the police when I tried to turn it off.

i have this issue since February, I couldn’t take it because of everything that is happening.
