Apple Watch Clothing Clip Accessory?

I was wondering if there is such a thing as a clip accessory for the Apple Watch. I'm looking to purchase a fitness tracker but I cannot wear anything around my wrist or neck for work. I have come across other fitness trackers that offer a clip accessory to clip onto a sports bra or belt or pants and still be able to tell you heart rate and steps through an app. I would like to purchase an Apple Watch to be compatible with my iPhone. I've seen aftermarket product for the Apple Watch clip accessory (etsy, amazon, Pinterest) but I don't know if I trust them to work with the Apple Watch. Help please.
