iCloud Restoring issue

My Photos app keeps showing “Restoring from iCloud...”. Do you have any idea how to repair this issue? I wouldn’t like to lose all of my photos on iCloud.

Connect phone to wif and power source and then lock it. Then walk away from the phone and leave it alone so the restore can finish.
