Activating my iPhone

my iPhone 11 has been saying "it may take a few minutes to activate your iPhone" for the last 2 days.

Force restart the iPhone as follows:

Press and quickly release the volume up button
Press and quickly release the volume down button
Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo appears
