I need to sync podcasts from my iPhone to my Mac.

I need to sync podcasts FROM my iPhone TO my Mac. I download the episodes at work or somewhere with fast WiFi. Then at home I used to be able to sync and copy the episodes to my Mac (This was with iOS 12). This doesn't work in Catalina and iOS 13 anymore. It didn't work in Mojave+iTunes either, after I updated my phone from iOS 12 to 13.

My Mac mini (late 2012) is on MacOS 10.15.2, Podcasts App 1.0.0

Anyway, I just sent feedback to Apple about all the problems and missing features with this new Podcasts App. It feels like a really half-baked beta version, rather than a useful App.
