I recently got a Macbook Air from Mercari. It's a MacBook Air 13" and it runs on OS X El Captain. Everything was all good and well until I went to update the computer. I tried to download macOS Catalina but there was a popup saying I couldn't download it. When I went to click on "Learn More," it didn't show or send me anywhere. Can someone please help?

The one thing I found close to a model number is the serial number. I have no idea if those are the same thing please bare with me.
