operation cancelled microsoft word
Microsoft Word document error message - The Operation is Canceled. I cannot figure this out. It only happens on a few Word documents. The documents were not created by me originally, I inherited them from the company we bought. The document I'm dealing with now is about 100 pages. I can open document on another User's MAC, but if I send from that u]User's MAC, some receivers can open the doc and others can't.
I removed Office completely off my MAC. 1)Removed files from user Library folder, 2)removed from dock station and 3)restarted MAC AND 4)reinstalled Microsoft Office 365. I still have the same problem.
The kicker, I called Microsoft and was on phone for almost 90 minutes. The tech could not figure it out either. Recommendation, check with Apple Support.
Any ideas? Help!
