From what I can find it's a WhatsApp recorded voicemail. But I can't find any program to open it.
Sorry but Keynote says that it cannot open - PTT-20160507-WA0002.waptt.waptt
Do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks, my mistake. Because it started with PTT I thought it was a PTT file. It does end in waptt and I believe that it is connected to WhatsApp, yes. How can I open it?

Apple Keynote which is available at Mac App Store for free can handle .ppt file.
No, neither can I. I think they are video files from WhatsApp on an old phone, so would quite like to see/keep them. I'll keep searching.
