Move iOS is not working

I have been working to transfer my data from my Android to my new iphone and it has not worked after 2 days. I have tried each of the various hacks including using the ios wifi network and my home network.

I am regretting going to the iphone. I would have thought that this would have been a seamless experience. It is not. Very disappointed with this.

Transfer data is taking a long time. iPhone 6 to iPhone 11. what could be the problem??? So I just picked up my iPhone 11. I've been using my iPhone 6 for a moment now and it was honestly time. So I got it home, started the transfer data thingy with the little blue particle cloud and it's still going. I set it up around 8pm last night and nothing has changed. It's 2:25pm the next day. I tried to press press just now and nothing changed. I tried to turn off my iPhone 11 and nothing has changed. My 6 is on OS11.1 (yes, I became super weary of updates and I like the apps I used that were not updated and hence would disappear) What could be the issue? Does it really take this long to transfer data? Do I need to take my phones in to Apple store and have them do it? LaT

Moving data I have just upgraded my phone from a Samsung S8 to a iPhone XS, I am now trying to move my information across from one to the other. I have downloaded the app move to iOS but it’s not working is there anyone that can help

I know only one way to move data from an Android to an iOS device, this one:--> Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
