i accidentally gave my email to scamer how do i protecg all my information?

I was on an app an ad poped up it seemed appealing it said swipe up to be a Mack book air tested. And so I gave my email but then it asked me for more personal information and so u searched up the website and it said that they were scammers. I didn’t give any personal information but my email and I don’t think that’s good. I don’t know what to do I want to keep my information protected.

If you did not give them your email password (eg by "logging into email" on their site) or any other password you are safe
