Deleting events from imported .ics calendar

Hi,

I accidentally imported a .ics file into my work calendar. When i try to delete the events individually, it says that the event will be modified and all the participants would get the change. I didn't want to do that but just get rid of the events from imported ical. When i tried to move the events to different calendar, the same warning appears as well. Any suggestions to fix this situation.
